" You're not sure? " Ulla asked as Cryo had his fits while in slumber glancing from the Kiffar to the Corellian then back towards Ryl.
" Not a suitable answer... tell us what transpired padawan. " The woman pressed. Her eyes seeming abit harder than they should be.
" Leave her be. She'll answer in her own time. " He said to the Togruta Jedi Knight.
" Stars Mevek, that is your problem. You're far too lenient. This will be your fault. " She motioned from Amania to Cryo with a wave of her hand. " Their care was in your hands... "
" I understand this and it is not your place to judge Ulla. You lost your own padawan. " A biting remark one that should not have been said. One that had visible results as the woman's face fell away.
" My apologies Ulla... "
" No need. I was out of place, times are hard for us all. It is the mood... I am sorry Amania and Ryl. I should mind my own affairs. " She turned away drawing her hood up as she gazed down upon the human youth who had not spoken taking one brief glance towards Sjame with a worried frown.
" We are all one anothers... affairs. " He replied to her which got a small half smile that never met her eyes and a nod.
Ryl Mevek resumed the rest of the trip in silence allowing Cryo his slumber and Amania her own. Hands clasped in his lap as he stared at the floor before him taking the route of meditation to ease his thoughts and spirit the rest of the trip back.
=======================================================================
" Spartan to passengers. We have reached Coruscant. Touching down. " Came the commo. Two temple guards moved in with a hovering gurney for Cryo gently lifting him to it.
Ulla Ting woke the boy who removed himself from the shuttle as well no words spoken from him. Now master-less his place was undetermined amongst the Jedi. Or so he felt. The Togruta moved out behind him without another word spoken leaving Amania and Ryl in tow.
" War does dark things to all of us. Strength in the Code will preserve us from falling off the righteous path. I once fell myself. I believe in order to understand and know why we stray from the Dark side you have to taste it. Once should be enough for the strong. Lets hope you are one of those few. If so, you'll make a great Jedi. "
He neglected to mention that he fell to the Dark side more than once himself. Twice in his past he gave into a rage while a padawan; two of the many things he regretted and promised he would never do again. Times were dark though; he could only see darkness ahead. For all of them.
As his gaze left Amania he looked towards the form of Cryo knowing full well he and the Council would be speaking very soon. He was thankful he had meditated and eased his mind on the way back knowing the barrage of questioning he will be receiving. " Get some rest. A report is going to be requested from everyone involved. That includes yourself. Try and remember what transpired as best as you can. "
He began down the ramp with the last of his words a green-skinned form approaching with a wave then a smile. " Glad to see your safe return Ryl. Was looking forward to your presence in the tournaments next week. Ahh things did not go so well for you either I see." The twi'leks face fell from his sharp toothed smile as he watched Cryo be carted past then Ulla Ting which he greeted.
" No. Galidraan was a disaster. I'm sure you already know this though. " The Twi'lek Jedi Sentinel had his fingers in many affairs Jedi and not. It made the other Jedi who knew him uncomfortable which kept many out beyond arms reach Ryl was one of the few who truly knew Orn Toqema, however and seemed to never stress or show he was negative towards the man's presence. He was assigned his tasks as was Ryl and they were both very much Jedi.
" Most reports are in. I browsed I'll have to admit. Some where 'scrying' whilst it was occurring. A very hard battle. Many losses on both sides. Tomorrow will be a day of mourning and remembrance." He stated as his assumed place next to Ryl hands almost mimicking the other mans as they folded into his own dark brown almost black robe.
" I have more information for you about your last mission. Seems it may be resuming. Heavy movement of a group of pirates they suspect as Shades and it's making the Council uneasy. So more than likely you'll be getting sent out again, you excited? " Toqema glanced sidelong with deep green eyes studying the Jedi Guardian who as usual seemed stoic and impassive but had eyes that spoke in volumes.
" Good. A lot of loose ends left uncovered I am eager to lift. "
" You worry of your friend... "
Ryl Mevek nodded slightly more a tip of his chin down than anything. " Yes. I feel I've failed in being an example of what we are. He was meant to be alot more, to be more than I am myself. Finding him in Caamas I had hopes of cleansing him of the Dark side with our ways. It seems to have failed. His darkness for a while had left... the test of Galidraan proved he may not be strong enough for our ways. Even I now must admit this. The entire battle had a feel to it... one beyond my capabilities of understanding. "
Jedi Knight Orn Toqema shrugged his robed shoulders. " It is not your failure as so much as all of ours then. Perhaps he will surprise you. Then again I said that last time he was called to Council didn't I. " The Twi'lek flashed a short quick smile then patted the larger man on the shoulder.
" Rest up. Meditate. Relax and refreshen. Day after tomorrow we'll spar. I have improved my striking sarlacc I intend on testing it out. "
Ryl nodded as the other Knight turned and wandered off leaving him to stare off over the city-planet of Coruscant.

Immersed in the divinity of the Force, the question by Ulla, along with the entire conversation the Togruta had with Ryl, went unheard. Remembering all too well what happened on the surface of Galidraan, Amania took time to go over her slippage into the darker side of the Force. Now after the incident she reflected back upon what she should have done differently, all this time to train, to learn the ways of the Jedi and she had almost thrown her teachings away on some misplaced emotion.
By the time the "Spartan" landed in Coruscant, Amania's thoughts had been calmly collected, she was ready to answer to the obvious and numerous questions to come. Eyes fluttering open with the jolt of the ships landing, brought Amania from her meditation, shifting her glance from the wall, where she'd stared before she had drifted into the Force for solace, to Master Ryl. Rising from her seat Amania watched now as the gurney carried the faded Cryo from the ship, although he had a chance at survival, remaining a Jedi was another question. Worry though, Amania reminded herself was a path to that horrific Dark Side that had previously seeped into her mind, and that the Council knew best and would do for Cryo what they deemed necessary.
She held back to Master Ryl's side as the young padawan and knight exited the ship. During her silence Amania had ample time to rid herself of the shame she'd felt from Ryl's reaction of her weakness towards the Dark Side, and was now prepared to face the reality that she had to try harder to resist those urges, those temptations. Speaking to her before they exited the ship Master Ryl's words were an added comfort to her thoughts, replying as she should, "Yes Master Ryl, I do remember exactly what happened on Galidraan. On the ship I hesitated speaking until I could bed down my unnecessary emotions. I believe they caused enough issues already. I will be ready to report as needed, and will be in my quarters, more meditation will help me see the error of my straying from the Code."
Descending the ramp Amania's gaze shifted from Ryl as they spoke, to the Twi'leki Jedi, in which she gave a proper nod and a friendly smile in greeting before heading towards where the Temple Guards, the Jedi Knight, and newly Masterless padawan had gone. With hopes high that this fellow young Jedi would be reissued as she was, a quick stride would carry her to their side, matching pace she spoke first to Ulla, " Master Ulla, I apologize for my lack of regard towards your higher rank, and blatent disrespect aboard the ship. Galidraan was a disaster, I had become very confused and in doing so let the influence of the Dark Side into my mind." Amania had answered the question properly this time without hesitation, what she should have done in the first place. There was never any excuse to be disrespectful to a fellow Jedi, regardless of rank or reason. Burying regret quickly into her inner void Amania made her way towards her quarters to rest, and reflect.

After his episode Cryo fell back into unconciousness and somehow managed not to dream. As the shuttle landed on Coruscant he awoke briefly as they were wheeling him towards the infirmary and then was back out cold for the next day or so. It didn't take the Council long to summon him after he had been moved back to his quarters. He wondered if Ryl had already been there and if more worried about Amania, it was partially his fault that she had slipped. If she hadn't been around him she probably wouldn't have seen that and freaked out. Then again there was the feeling of death that came from the large battle that contributed to her emotional upheavel.
Cryo looked out the window next to his bed at the city of Coruscant and sighed, what was he going to do? He could hear Master Windu's voice ordering his exile and he just blew out another sigh. What could he say? He had his chances they kept letting him stay and even though he tried he still couldn't completely give himself up to the light side. Pulling on a dark blue sleeveless shirt he turned and looked at his face in the mirror. Well it was time to face the Council and probably leave the Jedi Order.
Pulling his armor over his head like any other battle he strapped it on and slid his lightsaber on his back. Cryo shook his head again and tied his braids back leaving a few short ones to dangle in front of his face and then sliding his coat on. He walked out of his quarters and started towards the Council Chamber and he tried to ignore the stares and the whispers of the others as he went. He could hear them saying "exile" and other things and he even thought he heard someone call him a Sith. Reaching the Council Chamber he let out another deep breath and then pushed the button on the comlink and told them that he had arrived.

As Toqema departed Amania approached replacing where he stood. Her words reaching his ears as he offered a faint smile drawing back from the distant dream he seemed to be in to refocus upon reality once more. " When you get to your room ready your report and have it sent to the Council. They'll be waiting. If you cannot see your error already, meditating will not be enough. " He replied firmly before she moved away from him and on to Ulla who heard her words then turned to reply.
" Padawan Raoule, it is not disregard for my rank I worry about. " She added nothing further feeling drained and exhausted she returned to her walk into the Temple.
================================================
2 standard days later the Jedi Council
" Enter Sjame. " Came the familar voice of Master Windu through the com. The door sliding away to display Ryl standing in the center of the Jedi Council chambers. All Masters present save for Ki-Adi-Mundi, Yaddle, Eeth Koth and Yarael Proof.
A holo-projection of Evan Piell and Depa Billaba representing the other two. The one eye'd Master Piell holding a smile as Depa looked somewhat distracted all though being present.
" We have reviewed reports. We've also unsure whether or not you may have known have been watching you. " Calmly the Master of Vaapad informed.
" Resourceful you have been, reckless are your methods. " Yoda added his ears abit down looking as if he were saddened by saying such.
" You did well as far as accomplishing your task Cryo Sjame. We have our concerns though. It would seem your ways have possibly influenced a Padawan towards the Dark Side. You know where we stand on this. " More words from the speaking Mace Windu his features impassive as he looked upon the Jedi Knight in question.
Ryl said nothing his jaw twitched and loosened not finding it his place to speak yet hands folded before him as he stared at the floor before his feet a small frown worn across a tan brow the red tattoo on his high cheekbones pinching up abit with it.
" You've done wrong Sjame. As I predicted, you used the Force to kill and Padawan Raoule mimicked your actions. Twice now you have been called before us. " Evan Piell added in with a tip of his mangled face.
" Masters... May I speak? " Inquired Ryl Mevek.
" You may speak as you wish Ryl." Replied the quiet until that point Adi Gallia.
"Thank you... Raoule has made her own choices and is fully aware and regretful of them. We have already spoken. Sjame acted in self defense he took the best course of actions he could to resolve the matter at hand with less casualties to his own men. " The other Kiffar retorted his eyes lifting from the floor to sweep over those present. " I believe he still has potential to be a great Jedi. "
" I do not agree with you. " Piell spoke bluntly. " I believe his actions have displayed what sort of Jedi he would be come. One an Order of Peace cannot have representing us. The Thisspiasian nodded his white topped head in agreement with Piell. Yoda looking from one to the other his lips working against eachother as he released his own noise of thought.
Mace rubbed his fingertips over his dark jawline then spoke. " The question is... is Cryo Sjame a threat to the Order and too far gone to the Dark Side to be saved. "
Plo Koon leaned forward a clawed hand resting on his robe covered knee. " I do not think he should be given a third chance. They say third is a charm; I believe the first was shame on him. Second is shame on us. A third will only allow him to continue such behaviour and further influence more of our younger more impressionables. "
" Three against the young Knight, already is there. " Master Yoda mused looking at Cryo his ears raising up as he opened himself to the Force as if trying to see into the Jedi. " Perhaps our fault this is. Larrhes we gave him. "
" Perhaps Master. " Echo'ed Mace looking thoughtful as well.
" The Dark Side is a choice. It is not something we accidentally fall into. He has made numerous choices even after our training. How far have you truly embraced the Dark Side Cryo Sjame? Do you even know yourself? " Adi added.
" Visions of yours Ryl. What say they? "
Mevek only shook his head slowly. " The Force is clouded to me where it concerns Cryo in most aspects. It is hard to see him within them. Otherwise I would be able to say Master. "
" It sums up to this. Do we trust him or not? Do we keep him amongst our number where others may be possibly drawn to his violent ways and darker mannerisms. He is influencial to others that has been seen, consider that as well. If we allow him to stay we must think of a way to help him... or do we release him from our number. Exile the young Knight. "
" That also brings to concern Ryl Mevek's only training methods. Why have two pupils under his Council and Guidance chosen to take steps down a darker path? " Plo Koon also pushed into the mix after Mace Windu's words.
Ryl's face heated at that. Swallowing as his chin lowered abit eyes downcast as he absorbed himself in thought before speaking. " I am will honor and comply with whatever decisions the Council deems necessary on my behalf. " No longer able to speak for Cryo since the man was no longer a Padawan.
" Hearts we look into ours and the young Jedi. Speak you now can Sjame. Then decisions we make. "

Thread moved from (Late 34 BBY) Departing Ossus: starwarsarrpee.proboards102.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=legaciesandlost&thread=1174127520&page=1############################ Looking at his companions, listening to their words, Dek was further convinced that this was going to be a very interesting trip to the core worlds, that much was for sure. An’ka seemed bent on, and capable, of trying to annoy and upset him. It might be a childish tactic, but he decided that he would just ignore her. It was for the best, because if he didn’t he might just end up making it worse. Perhaps if she were to lose her attitude, they could possibly have some sort of friendship, but from their time together, he was rather annoyed with her constant stream of sarcasm and nasty comments. Promise or not, if she didn’t switch her tactics soon, he might just leave her on Coruscant to fend for herself.
“Kulta is a good beast Ceeta, I’ll inform R2 and the other astromechs to leave him alone so they don’t unnerve him…or add temptation.” He chuckles softly though, “Not sure he would like how they taste. Although, he might get hurt trying to crack one open. But other then that, I’m not very concerned. I’ll be sure to stop by and give Kulta a treat before we depart the ship planet side.”
True to his intent, he completely ignored the rather mouthy and caustic Twi’lek. Again, he knew how childish it was, but Dek also believed that he was able to understand her motivation in her antagonistic stance. If he tried to ‘lay down the law’ or ‘set things straight’, she’d just get worse. Quite frankly, he was getting the impression that she didn’t like him at all, and that she was only using him to further her own means. Well, if that was the way it was to be, so be it…but that was the way he would treat the situation!
No replies were incoming from his inqueries into the Holo-net, but that was not very surprising. He would have much better luck once they were on the planet itself. In the mean time, more immediate concerns were coming to the forefront, such as permissions to dock, and a flight path onto Coruscant itself. With a very smooth transition, Dek pulls ‘Serenity’ out of lightspeed as they cross over the border into Coruscant space.
The view outside of the transparisteel canopy changes just as gradually from the points of light flying by, to the cluttered lanes of traffic surrounding the vast City Planet before them. Dek was quick to find and set a flight path and a docking location with the proper people, simply stating his reasons as business, which was usual for the Space Yacht and her Captain. Sub-light engines flare as the much more powerful Ion Drives power down in preparation for their descent.
Dek couldn’t help but overhear An’ka asking for Ceeta’s weapon, which made him more then a little nervous. The woman seemed positively obsessed with weapons, which did not bode well for him in the least. But it was just the type of thing that she would be expecting, for him to have a comment, or just something to say about it. One of them had to be mature, and make the first efforts…and since it didn’t seem likely to be her, he would take that step and see what happened.
“We’ll be landing soon. The ride is usually smooth, but prepare all the same. One never knows.” He gives his passengers the heads up, splitting his attention in the process between the Holo-net and his inqueries to the Jedi Temple, and piloting the Space Yacht to its destination and landing point. They had much to do in a short period of time
In between everything, he had already made contact with several of his business partners, setting up some supplies that he didn’t have back on Ossus that they might need in the future. And of course, if he could arrange up some paying work on the side, that was all the better.

Sinking into her thoughts, Amania made her way through the Temple towards the sanctuary of her quarters. Stares, smiles and nods in greeting were responded to in haste, without thought, as if on auto-pilot. What Master Ryl told her had dug it's talons into her mind refusing to let go, Amania wondered to herself if she really could become a great Jedi.
Entering her room she slumped down in the empty cot, elbows on her knees Amania placed the fingertips of both hands to her brow supporting the sudden heavy feel of her head. All she ever wanted was to be a Jedi, to be helpful to others, some help she was taking a life. The weight of the deed driving a few private tears from Amania's eyes, filled with self doubt this was no way for a padawan to be. Raising her head, banishing away once again those thoughts that kept creeping out of that inner void, emotionlessness was harder to achieve than Amania thought.
'Get your report done.' thoughts reminded the young padawan, leaning over she retrieved her Companion2000 datapad, and began the task of recording her report. Not taking long, as the details were fresh in Amania's memory, she finished and sent the report to the Council. Laying down she drifted fell into sleep, and the freeze framed images of Galidraan's events.
The next two days, although a blur, were helpful physically as well as mentally for Amania, the sharp edged sword of worry still knicked at her thoughts regarding Cryo, and whether or not he'd be exiled. Knowing it wasn't of her concern his punishment, still couldn't completely banish the thought. Not far from Master Ryl and Cryo, Amania excersised herself in the basic combative moves, keeping her body agile, keen and flowing. Grace reigned her movements as she was immersed in the common practice of this art, as it was taught to her by Master Bodyr. Blonde hair pulled into a tight tail behind her head, the braid, the symbol of her padawan training hung freely, as she awaited to be called upon.

Of course Cryo knew exactly what they were going to say even before he entered the chamber so it was difficult to maintain an open mind as he stepped through the doors and into the council's chambers. His eyes flickered from master to master and he kept his stare level with the masters in the room, not hesitating to make eye contact with them. He listened to the conversation and never looked down never let them see that he was ashamed of what he had done. He had made a choice and his choice kept what was left of his troops alived and kept countless other people alive. It wasn't his fault that Amania had made the decision that they did, but of course the Jedi Council always had to place the blame on someone and that someone always seemed to be him or Ryl.
"I did what I had to do, what would you have done Masters? Sat back and tried to talk the Mandalorians out of not killing people? Stood there and watched the men you were supposed to lead and keep safe get slaughtered by a superior enemy? I did what I had to do! They were my men! Not yours!"
His emotions were getting the best of him all the bottled pain that had seeped its way into his soul on the grounds of Galidran. All the people he witnessed die and there was nothing he could do about it and yet still he is called a Sith for his actions he took to save the rest. His fingers clenched and unclenched as he calmed himself and looked back up at the council his expression cold.
"Life is holds many paths, much of which we cannot control. I've been on numerous paths, many of which I cannot control, many of which are darker then anything you will experience. You claim to be an understanding and peaceful organization, but most of you hold outright animosity towards me? You say don't give into your hate when you do it everytime you lay your eyes on me."
His eyes fell directly onto Master Piell. "And you...you most of all. You contradict everything you teach! You say Cryo is full of hate, anger, and fear. You, yourself possess this and yet you expect me not to. Your scared of me right now! Scared of what I might do, scared of what I might become! You're a hypocrite Master Piell in every sense of the word." Turning he whipped off his jacket and threw it across the chamber and yanked his double bladed light saber free of its harness. "I am not a Sith. You don't have to worry about exiling me. Cryo Sjame is a Jedi no longer!" Turning back around he hurled the lightsaber at the feet of the council and started towards the chamber doors.
Stopping for a moment he looked at his cousin a measure of sadness seeping into his heart. "I'm sorry cousin, but I can't do this anymore. I'm heading for the Outer Rim where I don't have to worry about the Jedi, the Sith or anybody." Turning he placed a hand on his cousin's shoulder and gave it a squeeze. "Please forgive me someday, may the Force be with you." Turning back he gave one last look towards the council and wiped away the tears that were forming in his eyes with the back of us gauntleted hand. "May the Force be with all of you." His steps started towards the council doors, hopefully they would just let him leave.

" Sjame! This sort of behavior will not go... " Started up Saesee Tiin but stopped once Cryo hurled his saber.
Everyone seemed abit surprised by Cryo's 'outburst'. Ryl most of all who turned to stare at his cousin who seemed to release his thoughts into words. Words laced with hostility and aggression towards the Masters of the Jedi Order.
He kept from saying anything as he became contemplative. Piell's eyes hardened as the man spoke; not once did his features change expression or show more than that.
" This here displays all that I had predicted about Cryo Sjame. He was too old when he came to us and far too lost to the Dark Side always has been. He never should have been made a Knight. I am a hard task master for a reason. There were many who battled on Galidraan and chose their actions with more care then he did. All have their wounds one Jedi cannot be babied more than the others. " The short scarred up Jedi Master said calmly.
" You have no reason to defend yourself or explain to us Master Piell. Though I may not always agree with you; you do have your own wisdom." Oppo Rancisis said with a bob of his white-bearded head.
" Much anger, holds he does. " Yoda's ears tucked downwards as he spoke, saddened by the display.
Plo Koon standing as if to do something or stop the Jedi from leaving. Mace holding up his hand halting the other High Council member. " No. Let him go; he has made the decision for himself. "
The Kel-Dor lowered into his seat with a nod. " It would seem we lost more to Galidraan than anticipated. "
" Nothing clear in these times. "
" There is far too much anger in that one to save him from his intended course. If he is going to the outer rims he is out of our hands. " Adi Gallia added in her eyes scanning Ryl as the Knight still seemed silent.
" He has chosen to Exile himself without the Council having to make choice on the matter. Cryo Sjame is from this day forth no longer to be known a Jedi. The Dark Side is far too strong in the warrior and his lack of respect, violent methods of solving matters and apparent disregard for life in general are not to be tolerated. His ways are not the ways of the Jedi. "
Ryl's head lifted and turned to the side watching Cryo's back as he made way out the door. The conversation continued until he heard his name drawing him from his daze. " Yes Masters? " He replied numbly.
" Have you anything to add? " Asked Master Windu.
" No Master. "
Silence seemed to descend on them as they all surveyed the Knight still standing in the center of the room. Before Yoda lifted his head up and locked gazes with Ryl.
" Speak, Jedi know us your thoughts. "
" My thoughts are blanketed in confusion right now. The Force eludes me. Many things are at hand which have me conflicted. There is not much I can or know how to say Master Yoda. My visions do not reveal anything to me any longer and I dare not try to see into them in such a frame of mind. With the loss of Cryo, the Dark Side growing in Amania and the weight of Galidraan hanging heavy on my spirit... I really do not believe I am capable of speaking properly on this matter. Cryo Sjame is family and was my learner. I have failed in both aspects. Perhaps the Padawan Amania should also be taken from my ward... "
Murmurs and words exchanged from one Jedi Master to another. Some not spoken with use of voice; all before Mace Windu replied. " No. You cannot blame yourself for either Cryo or Amania. Both had mentors before yourself that were heavily influential you did what you could for both. Bodyr's was incomplete and his death is still recent that can explain a part of Amania's actions... we all know how powerful the Dark Side can be and Zorl K'tat was strong in it's use. She seems to have passed that on to Cryo he is tainted beyond even our help it would seem. Do not take all blame upon yourself. A change perhaps is needed. We've not given you proper treatment in this matter. "
" Raoule will stay by your side until she has passed her trials, she's abit old to send to another. We would ask several more things of you Ryl further concerning the young Sjame and your Padawan situation. First see that he is escorted away from the temple and taken care of on his trip away from Coruscant. Have funds given to him and send him peacefully on his way. There may be hope for him in his future but now is not that time. Secondly... before the end of the week the Krakana clan is of age to be chosen by Knights as learners. You will see if there is any within' it you can teach."
Stammering a moment he questioned; " Are you sure that is wise Master Windu? "
" Yes, are you? " Asked Piell.
" Yes indeed. He has enough responsibilities as it is don't you think? " Came Adi Gallia into it as well.
" Question you on this I will not Master Windu, wisdom there is always in you. Later explain to us of this you will though. "
" Of course Master Yoda. " The confident Mace returned.
" As you wish Master. " Ryl said quietly as he half-turned. " Is that all? "
" Yes. That is all. May the Force be with you Ryl Mevek. "
" You also Master Windu. " He then bowed. " To all of you as well Masters. " Came his words before he turned from the chamber and left after Sjame.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
" It would seem our paths are taking different directions here cousin. " He said in a neutral tone as he strode up behind the now Exiled Jedi Knight.
" I'm sorry it came to this. Their vision is as clouded as mine anymore it would seem. I've been instructed to see you off. Though I would have done so without their instruction or orders... " Words ceased and he grew quiet no longer speaking to the other man as he would a younger brother but anymore as an equal. As he had since the warrior was Knighted.

" Temple Guard to Serenity your transmission is recieved. Power down any and all weapon systems and land on Pad 4 then wait for your escort to arrive. Over and Out. " Quick and to the point the feed would end.
Ceeta was too absorbed in staring the city-planet over with wide eyes as he heard the voice then found himself nodding to Taddio's words. " He is a good friend. " He answered in response to what was said about Kulta. " Found him fresh from the egg; good since then. Almost ate him but his spirit spoke to mine. "
He turned his large form staring down at the Twi'lek as he looked contemplative before he turned the double bladed spear about in his hand then handed the weapon towards her. " Blade is sharp. " The object was balanced yet heavy. Built for a man of Ceeta's size and strength. Weight enough to it that if hurled; which required specific skill and training to do so properly it could puncture through the armored hides of beasts on Ossus. He looked abit nervous letting someone else touch his favored weapon but if she was a friend of Taddio's then it was surely safe enough.
He was distracted by passing lights and traffic turning his eyes towards the portal to the world outside. Hands resting on console and just above the viewscreen to see the four spires of the Jedi Temple not far off. " Amazing. Nothing like Jedi Library back home.. so much life. All this planet is life. Different but amazing still... " He paused then looked at Taddio. " I am not sure if I like it, however. Too much in one place not spread out enough. I can see bad from such a thing. "

Cryo didn't stay long enough to hear what they had left to say about him, but did send a little mental ping to Master Piell that he hoped they would meet again, on opposite sides of a battle sometime in the near future and they would settle their animosity, but now was not the time or place. Waiting outside of the Council chambers he waited to say goodbye to his cousin before he went and grabbed his gear and left the Temple for good. He didn't turn to face Ryl after he left and spoke to him, instead focusing on calming his nerves.
"It would seem so cousin. I want you to know that i have no intentions of coming back a Sith Lord and trying to fight the council...well maybe Piell. Well, it seems that I can never be completely free of my darkness and I obviously can't be a Jedi, but we did try. Thanks for all your help and I'll be there if you ever need me, no matter what the situation." He reached out and patted the older Kiffar's shoulder with a slight grin on his face. "Well looks like the Padawans will have an example of how you are not supposed to act as a Jedi. I'll see ya around cousin. Good Bye...oh and may the Force be with you."
Turning he headed back down towards his quarters for a quick pack up. His door slid open and he stepped in. There wasn't much poodoo left to grab a few tools, his blasters, his extra lightsabers, and some other knick knacks. He threw them all in a tactical backpack and then headed back out of the door. "Well guess this is goodbye." Snickering he closed the door and headed back towards the main doors, he could still hear them talking, except they sounded even more scared now. "Yeah I'm the Exile get it right, don't ever turn out like me." Letting out a sigh he left the Temple for the last time.

Ryl curiously listened to Cryo watching the other Kiffar as he spoke. Tempted almost to try and read him but only nodding. " Were you to become a Sith it would be bad. Steel yourself against the Dark Side. It'll only take you places you do not wish to go. True strength comes from the hard path, not the easy route."
" We'll be in touch of course. There should be a certain amount of Republic credits awaiting you in your account. Clean it before they close it. Master Windu informed me I should make sure you know this so you are taken care of. " He frowned as he heard him speak; his grinning and smirks Ryl figured were a front. Put forth to make him seem as if he was not as truly injured as he was.
" May the Force be with you always Cryo. " He turned knowing the would cross paths again one day. Their bond was strong enough that it was something he figured was forged into the stars. His stride carried him away from the central area and living quarters until a voice struck him one that caused him to turn and offer a smile. Pausing briefly to give a bow towards Master Qui-Gon and his padawan as they moved past. As he lifted back upright he joined Toqema as he leaned against a rail overlooking the shipyard for the temple.
" They inform you of the Krakana younglings? " Asked the Twi'lek curiously.
" That they did. Surprising. "
" They also tell you to see if you can't pick one of them up as a Padawan? "
" I was advised to try if up to it. "
Orn nodded with a smile. " I as well. Should prove interesting. Your third? " He teased.
" No... technically my first as is it yours. " Ryl countered with a short glare.
The Kiffar exhaled heavily his chest rising then falling as hands curled into his robes sleeves.
" You have alot on your plate friend. You're also hiding something more. I can see that in your eyes. " The green Jedi went on as he turned around leaning onto his elbows. " Perhaps we should spar once more. Take your mind off of things. "
" Wouldn't work. We tried that. Best to let things run their course. I'll show to give the younglings a look I doubt I'll take on a padawan learner. Amania is still in my care. I don't understand how I can teach two at once. " Ryl said as his eyes drifted after one of the clean-up droids who was carting past.
" Well, Amania is old enough she should understand most of our ways. All she needs is guidance and from the sounds of it... a clearer perception of right use of the Force and the wrong. Your example enough should help with that. "
" Yes, it should. We'll see though."
" Something else is distracting you. You were sloppy in our fight last night. What is bothering you? "
Ryl's lips turned upwards into a sudden forced smile as he tipped his head to the side. " Your interrogation techniques and badgering will not work Orn. I'm far too accustomed to your ways. Give it a rest. "
" Bullheaded as ever I see. Very well. We spar again though before the younglings gather at the end of the week. I want you to show with bruises on your face just so whatever padawan I chose can pick fun. " He chuckled and turned with a wave over his shoulder leaving the other man to his own designs.
Ryl felt he should go and speak with Amania but thought better of it. Figuring privacy and alone time would give her time to reflect and seek self council or perhaps spend time with some of the more wizened Masters. Using this time he now had alone he decided to retire so that he could meditate and re-center himself.

Blinking in complete surprise as the voice of the Temple Guard came over the comlink, he was completely taken aback, but not so much so that he didn’t respond.
“Instructions received and understood Temple Guard. Will comply.” Dek responded in quick, distinct terms that sounded very stiff.
A set of distinct instructions and coordinates appeared on a small display screen off the side on the Navcom. They were for the Jedi Temple grounds alright, and that more then anything surprised Taddio completely. The Temple, and the council, rarely opened their doors to anyone not a Jedi, or a high ranking official or leader. It also set off alarms in Dek’s head, alarms that told him to be careful and mindful. Looking at his companions, he wondered if it would be best to send them out with an escort, or just ask them to remain on board until things were taken care of. In either case, he would deal with it when the situation called for it, and not before.
Still, a smile found its way onto his stoic face as he noticed the wide eyed expression on Ceeta’s face as he looked around like a child at his first fireworks show. He still did not like the idea of Ceeta handing over such a weapon to An’ka, but he would say nothing on the matter. The Twi’lek had weapons of her own, if she wanted to start trouble, and holding Ceeta’s rather crude weapon, at least by the standards of what An’ka and he held, wouldn’t bother him as much.
“No, nothing like this back on Ossus, that’s for sure. Why do you think I spend so much time there. But there is something nice about all this…congestion. It makes hiding so very easy, and there is almost nothing that you cannot buy…or acquire…here. All in all, there is as much evil accomplished here on Coruscant as there is good. It is a place that one has to be extremely careful at, especially in the darker sides of the gleaming city Planet.”
They were even then finishing their descent to the City Planet, the sleek gray hull of ‘Serenity’ slipping in and out of lanes of traffic with an ease that seemed almost divine. Finally, the landing thrusters fired to life as Taddio enacted the landing sequence above the aforementioned Pad 4. With a light jolt, Dek’s fingers fly over the control panels and start the hibernation programs for the majority of the ships main systems, including the sub-light, and Ion drives. One by one, systems began to shut down in a slow fashion.
“We’re here. Assumably an escort shall arrive shortly. I’d suggest getting what you need now and packing a small bag, as we may not get back to ‘Serenity’ for a little bit. I’d also recommend that you leave any bulky weapons behind…but I won’t fight either of you on it if you feel more comfortable taking them with you.”
Rising from his seat, he lets the programs and controls that he had enacted go through their routines as he pulls out, and holsters, his weapons on his belt. With both his blaster pistol, and his lightsaber, in their proper places, he turned his attention back to his companions, and his ship. He would wait until they departed to their rooms to get their things so that he could shut the ship down, and secure the bridges door…just in case.
Taddio also opened up the outer bay door for the cargo hold so that any escort that arrived would be able to access the com system, but not be able to gain access, since Ceeta’s beast was in there, but not otherwise restrained. He didn’t want, or need, any violence to occur on board his ship…especially not here at the Jedi Temple!

Temple Halls...
Yutani nervously looked out across the temple halls as he paced, two of his four hands were rubbing together anxiously.
" Calm yourself youngling. You're going to give me a migraine. " Scolded Master Druwae her wrinkled old brow crunched together the dots that lined her forehead seeming to scatter and starburst out.
" Youth and your constant energy. " She fanned herself off as she cooled down, seated in one of the side kiosks sofa with her remaining six younglings; all between the ages of ten and thirteen several of them she knew would never be chosen as Jedi. Poor young hopefuls, others she was unsure of. Several Masters of age had already taken from the lot their Padawan learners.
These few remaining she prayed would be acceptable to someone but she had very little faith in that. A tug on a curled ear told her that the young Kizkun was awake and eager for food again. " You tubby little Bothan. You will wait until lunch. " She warned with a crooked finger as his small furred face tucked in and he sighed trying to appeal to her sense of compassion. Which she thought by now he would have learned she did not give into such games. " I have not what you seek to draw forth and use against me you little schemer. "
A heavy sigh escaped her as she rubbed her curled ear point tucking it in against her collarbone safely away from furry grabbing little fingers.
Yutani spun around suddenly and landed with a plop next to her on the sofa. " Do you think someone will take us this weekend Master? " He asked with large animal eyes his wild hair a tangled mess as he sat on his knees beside her. Looking hardly like a clean Jedi initiate should, but she believed at this stage they were becoming their own persons and could dress themselves and groom as they seen fit. She only required that they used the refreshers regularly.
" Have faith in the Force pup and it'll be so. "
" No Dog. No ones going to want you. Duh. You'll make them smell like wet poodle. " Laughed the Twi'lek boy Zag.
" You hush you little scourge. That is uncalled for. " The Jedi chided the little orange colored child.
His head lowered as he averted eyes from her. " Sorry Master. Sorry Dog. "
An exasperated sigh came from the old woman as she slumped further into the sofa her hand closing over her face several of the other children milling about. The only three younglings around her immediately area were Zag, Yutani, Kizkun whom never left her side. " Terrors. Everyone of you. Old Master Druwae will make this her last Clan. Rotten little Krakana's. "
The child Bothan reached over and started petting her cheek as if she were a tame animal or the youngling.
Yutani turned his back to them and stared off towards the halls of the temple watching Knight, Padawan, Youngling groups and a few Masters go back and forth about their business. Smiling largely as he imagined himself as one of them. Zag took this chance to scoot closer his hand reaching up to pluck at a tuft of hair that was standing out behind his ear.
" Ewww it's got fleas! " Observing the hair a moment he stuck it out away from him and then laughed before his slender form ran around the corner of the kiosk of sofas.
The Cordu-Ji lowered his head and stared at the floor dark eyes wavering as he folded four arms about his chest tucking into himself not giving chase simply taking the abuse the other boy dealt him. The tips of fuzzy ears lowering a growl that turned into a whine emitting from his throat.
" Stop your pouting Yutani. You're only encouraging him. " Scolded the elderly Jedi to his left.
" I'm not pouting Master. " He mumbled back at her.
" Don't argue with me youngling. You're pouting. Jedi do not pout. "
Chuckles from several Jedi in a group resounded as they listened to Old Lady Duwae mother yet another group of cubs. The Padawan's knowing full well of her methods.
" If you lot have any sense of self-preservation you'll scatter. " She snapped at them.
Bows and apologies came from the group before they did just as she bid, leaving the old Master Healer to her remaining youngling Krakana Clan.

Anka had ignored Dek for the most part, finding this newest addition to their little trip quite interesting. Hearing him speak of the blade being sharp, she nodded her head as she took the weapon in her hand, she looked it over, finding it rather heavy as he had said, much heavier than her pike, she didn’t think that she would be able to gain any use from it at all, she liked things that were much lighter and easy to manipulate.
Setting the weapon back down on the chair, she laid it across so that he would be able to gather it up again if he wished, almost smiling as she heard how amazed he was as they started to land. Anka had been so many places that she had forgotten that others had less opportunity to travel and go to other places and see other things. “This is much different than your home, yes? Also much different than living in nothing but sand.”
Walking to the other side of the choobiepit, she looked out the window, looking at all of the buildings and traffic, the lights, eyes widening as she remembered the last time she had been here, she had stolen a ship, not just any ship either, but a Jedi’s ship. All at once, she began to wonder if it had been such a good idea for her to come back here, she was sure that he hadn’t taken very kindly to what she had done once he found out.
Turning as she heard Dek speak, she looked him over, wondering why he always felt the need to bark orders like he was the one in charge. Never the less, she stepped from the window she was looking out of and headed to where she was keeping her things. Walking through the door and into the room, she gathered up the bag that she always had, the clothes that she had in her possession already in it. Snagging her pike from the corner, she glanced around, the ends of her lekku twitching as she wandered back into the choobiepit.
Keeping quiet, she just stood and waited, having heard Dek say that they would have an escort, she twirled her pike around in her hand before setting the end to the floor, leaning slightly as they waited.

Launch Pad 4...
Ceeta lifted up his dual spear again tucking it against his shoulder nodding as he did so. " Much different, I can already sense Kulta's unease with this place. Too many in one place. " He stated. Giving her force pike a small look of disdain showing his preference between the weapon and his own.
As the ship settled two guards and a greenish-yellow skinned Jedi stood waiting below just off the landing area. The guards obviously human the Jedi apparently so by his robes and saber that was visible one of the Mirialans this also apparent from the skin palor and facial tattoos he possessed.
" Temple to Serenity. Upon exiting your ships we also request you remove all weapons. Master Horuulan will be your escort. " The transmission died out as it came in. Ceeta turned to look at Taddio then down towards the weapon in his hand.
" I have heard they are honorable. Yet if there is trouble I would prefer not to die weaponless... " The large nomad seemed conflicted a moment before setting his slugthrower down crossing it against his spear letting them rest against one another. " I will not remove my knife. " He stated to Dek. Stepping near the hatch to resume his silence.
